Drama Therapy Online: Open Group
Community – Self Care – Resource
In dramatherapy we work on the belief that everyone is inherently creative and can access their own unique creativity as a way of looking at their lives – no previous experience is needed to take part in this open dramatherapy group.
Every Monday evening we offer an online open, drop-in, dramatherapy group inviting you to reflect over- and engage with a weekly theme. Through dramatherapy we are able to look at themes, how they relate to us, and learn to view it from a different- and creative perspective and re-integrate our findings for the purpose of health and well-being.
In an open session you can expect to experience some gentle movement, stories and myths, and other creative activities as a way of accessing community care, self-care, and resource.
This group is useful for anyone wanting to unwind and reflect as the end of the year approaches, as well as anyone wanting to experience creative engagement through dramatherapy.
All are welcome; for bookings or for any other questions please contact:
Times: Monday evenings (starting 2 November) 17:30 – 18:45
Cost: Sliding scale pay-what-you-can

Dearest teachers, this one’s for you!
In what has been a particularly challenging year, this is an opportunity to set some time aside for you – time to breath, (gently start to) process and replenish.
If you are interested, please click the button below, and our drama therapy intern, Emilie, will be in touch with you.
